All tailored dress are non-refundable.
There is a 3-7 days lead time.
1. Select your favorite dress and add a tailored service to your cart (Please note that one tailor service is for one Qipao)
2. Please state the measurements in cm of your bust (including bra), waist, hips, and shoulder width in the order notes at checkout.
3. Enter your billing and shipping information.
4. Checkout
Note: We may size up your Qipao so that our tailor has room to alter your Qipao better.
Shipping
- Lead Time: Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days except customized/tailored order.
- In-stock items: Usually arrive in 7–15 days with DHL / UPS / FedEx/ CNE.
Exchange & Cancellation
- Cancellations
Orders cannot modified or cancelled within 1 hour once they have been placed. - Returns
We will gladly accept returns that are postmarked within 7 days of the day you receive your parcel. - The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges: Accessories and items marked "Final Sale".
Care Instruction
- Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent. No bleach.
- Hang or lay flat to dry, away from sunlight.
- For silk pieces, dry cleaning is recommended.
